«The Box» is a competition based reality series where 12 celebrities are placed in a separate box each. They are clueless to where they are and what to expect.

When the door to the box opens, the contestants will be in the middle of a challenge. They must figure out what the task is about and how to complete it - without receiving any prior hints. 

The two contestants with the lowest scores in each episode face off in a duel to stay in the game. The last man, or woman, standing, will be the winner of «The Box».

Comedienne and character actress Lene Kongsvik Johansen plays all the main characters in the 6 seasons of the Kongsvik mockumentary series.

 The docusoap-style comedy has depicted the everyday life in different fictional environments such as a public schools, a health clinic and a holiday resort.

 The first two seasons were set in a middle school and a high school, Kongsvik Ungdomsskole (2010) and Kongsvik Videregående (2013). Both are character studies of some of the schools' students and employees, as well as a satire on the bureaucratic Norwegian social democratic school system.

 The two seasons of Costa del Kongsvik (2014, 2016) were set at a tourist resort on the Canary Islands. In Kongsviklinikken (2018) we follow pasients and medical staff at a Norwegian health clinic, and the latest Kongsvikfamiliene (2019) is the most intimate and follows 6 different families mainly within the four walls of their homes

They must wear a red coat, hat and a beard, and eat nothing but porridge, nuts and candy. Every day in the barn includes a Christmas-related competition and one Santa is voted out. On Christmas Eve, the remaining Santa wins a sack of money. "Santas in the Barn" is originally conceived and produced as a scripted comedy drama, shaped as the ultimate parody of a reality show. To the disbelief and excitement of the creators, the format was later produced for real in the U.S. as a genuine reality show.
